An Everyday Card

Tonic participated in the Operation Write Home Blog Hop over memorial day weekend. We had to pick a sketch from over the 100 different ones and then make a card based on the sketch. I had a wonderful stack of Pink Paislee paper waiting to have something done with it. I made a card that really could be used for any type of occasion. I find I like making those types of cards since you never know when you may need one!

Here is the sketch that I picked and the card I made.

Here are the step by step directions on how to make the card as well. Click Here.

If you are looking for a lot of fun card ideas here is the link to Operation Write Home's sketches as well.  If you have a moment check out what Operation Write Home is all about and help send some cards there way.

Happy Creating!

  1. Great interpretation of the sketch, the orange and gray look great!

  2. I love what you did with the sketch, great mix of papers too!

  3. I love that sketch and your card using it is great.

  4. Great card! I love the mixing of patterns on it. That's not always easy to do and end up with it looking good. This one looks fabulous!
